Get ready to hit the trails! Teens ages 12-16 are invited to explore Gambrill State Park. With a variety of trails and a central parking area, we will build our hikes based on participant interest.
Please bring a backpack with a non-perishable packed with a lunch, snacks, and water. Wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
Teens are welcome to bring their cellphones for photos and to learn what applications can be useful for plant and bird identification!
This program will meet at the Thurmont Recreation Center at 10am and includes transportation to and from the hike. The group will return to the Thurmont Recreation Center at 3pm.
